The set-up comes with two sets of adjustable barbell stops; one high for squats, one low for bench press. Atop the structure is an adjustable pull-up bar. Barbells stow conveniently on a hanger along the side of the structure. The surface on the Spartan Slim Gym is a durable and handsome baked on powder-coat finish.
