We custom built this for a proud resident of Minnesota! This 4 foot tall steel Minnesota plaque features the North Star, blood moon, bald eagle, white-tailed deer, moose, Pink Lady-Slipper, red pine, loon, the northern lights, and a banner the reads “L’ ETOILE DU NORD” (The star of the north). Some of the characters stand off an inch from the steel Minnesota shape giving this piece a sculptural quality. SteelFX patinas, steel stain from Sculpt Nouveau, and acrylic paint were all employed to create visual impact.
